Students blockading the University of Kragujevac have published a detailed plan for a march from this city to Kraljevo, which begins on June 27, the day before Vidovdan. Students and all citizens who are able and wish to walk can sign up starting today, reports nova.rs.
The student protest “Everything is Seen on Vidovdan” is being held this year in Kraljevo on June 28. According to announcements by the students in the blockade, a large number of them, as well as citizens offering support, will arrive at the protest on foot from Kragujevac. Their walk is planned to last longer than 24 hours.
Students from Kragujevac published a detailed plan for the march to Kraljevo on social networks, complete with a map and a precise schedule, reports nova.rs.
They set off from Kragujevac on June 27 at 12:10 PM, and arrive in Kraljevo on June 28 at 4:30 PM.
Everyone who walks will cover a total of about 60 kilometers.
Students from Kragujevac have published a link to register for this walk.
“Last year, we connected cities, people, and ideas with our steps. On that path, friendships, memories, and moments were created that we still talk about today. For Vidovdan, we are returning to where it all began. If you want to be part of another story that will be remembered for a long time – join us on the march towards Kraljevo,” the Kragujevac students wrote.
As a reminder, the students in the blockade published the program for the gathering that will be held in Kraljevo on June 28, on Vidovdan. According to posts on social networks, a booth for children will be set up in Sveti Sava Park from 11 AM to 2 PM during the gathering in Kraljevo.
After that, until 5 PM, a fair section will be set up at several locations – the Municipality building, the Ribnica shopping center, the Square of Serbian Warriors, and Lidl Vojno Naselje.
The main program will take place from 6 PM on the Square of Serbian Warriors.
“The past only gains meaning if we think about the future. Everything is seen on Vidovdan,” the Students in Blockade stated.
As a reminder, on June 13, the Students in Blockade called on citizens to join them at the protest “Everything is Seen on Vidovdan,” which will be held on June 28 in Kraljevo.
Otherwise, last year in Belgrade on this great holiday, students also held one of the largest protests.
