ROBBERY ON BELGRADE STREETS: A group intercepted a teenager (16) on the street, stabbed him with a knife because he refused to hand over the money!

A sixteen-year-old young man was injured with a knife last night in Patrijarha Joanikija Street in the Belgrade neighborhood of Vidikovac.

The bloody feast occurred after the teenager refused to hand over money to a group of robbers who intercepted him in the middle of the street.

According to initial information from the investigation, the incident took place near number 83. The teenager was suddenly approached by a group of five or six younger males, who were also accompanied by one girl.

The attackers surrounded the minor and aggressively demanded that he immediately hand over all the money he had on him. After the teenager refused to give them the money, the situation escalated. One of the young men from the group drew a knife and stabbed the sixteen-year-old in the left forearm.

The wounded teenager ran through the neighborhood

Despite the injury and the shock he suffered, the teenager managed to break away and escape from the robbers immediately after the stabbing. He took refuge in a nearby park near number 28 in the same street, from where the emergency services were alerted.

The police received the report about this event at 11:25 PM, after which patrols and an ambulance crew were sent to the field. The teenager was found in the park, where doctors immediately gave him first aid.

According to initial, unofficial information, the injured person was urgently transported by ambulance to the University Children’s Clinic in Tirsova in a conscious and communicative state for further care.
