WELL DONE, ANDREJ! Serbian swimmer reaches European Championship final, will fight for a medal!

Serbian swimmer [Andrej Barna] has qualified for the final of the 50-meter freestyle at the European Championship.

Barna completed his semifinal race in 21.52 seconds, which gave him the fourth-fastest time among all competitors and a guaranteed place in the medal race.

The Serbian representative thus confirmed that he is in excellent form, and in the final he will have the opportunity to join the fight for a medal in the fastest swimming discipline.

Finishing among the top eight is a major success, but his semifinal result shows that Barna has every reason to approach the decisive race with high ambitions.

The final is scheduled for Sunday, when Barna will swim for Serbia’s first medal at this European Championship.
