[The Government of Serbia] dismissed Professor Nebojša Bojović as chairman, and Vladan Đokić as a member of the Board of Directors of the Institute of Architecture and Urbanism of Serbia. At the same time, Professor Dejan Filipović was dismissed as acting chairman of the Board of Directors of the Agency for Spatial Planning and Urbanism of the Republic of Serbia.
Both decisions dismissing them from their positions were signed by Siniša Mali, as First Deputy Prime Minister.
“Prof. Dr. Nebojša Bojović, chairman, and Prof. Dr. Vladan Đokić, member, are dismissed from their duties on the Board of Directors of the Institute of Architecture and Urbanism of Serbia in Belgrade,” the decision published on Friday in the Official Gazette states.
The Government also adopted, at its session on Thursday, August 13, a decision dismissing Professor Dr. Dejan Filipović from the position of acting chairman of the Board of Directors of the Agency for Spatial Planning and Urbanism of the Republic of Serbia.
It should be recalled that Professors Vladan Đokić, Nebojša Bojović and Dejan Filipović are part of the administration of the University of Belgrade.
Vladan Đokić is the rector, Nebojša Bojović is vice-rector for international cooperation, and Dejan Filipović is vice-rector for teaching.
Đokić is a full professor at the Faculty of Architecture in Belgrade, Bojović is a full professor at the Faculty of Transport, while Filipović is a professor at the Faculty of Geography in Belgrade.
Đokić and Bojović were (until now) on the Board of Directors of the Institute of Architecture and Urbanism, while Filipović was on the Board of Directors of the Agency for Spatial Planning and Urbanism.
