The body of Aleksandar Nešović Baja, due to whose disappearance the chief of the Belgrade police, Veselin Milić, was arrested, was found next to the highway near Šimanovci, Danas learns from multiple sources within the police.
According to unofficial information obtained by Danas, Nešović was shot and killed with a firearm by Saša Vuković, known as Boske, in a restaurant in Senjak, where Nešović was sitting in the company of Milić.
According to findings by Danas, Milić had called Vuković to that establishment in order to reconcile him with Nešović, as they had previously entered into a conflict.
As stated, an argument broke out immediately, after which Vuković drew a pistol and fired several shots at Nešović, killing him on the spot.
According to findings by Danas from the police, after that, two of the three police officers in Veselin Milić’s security, together with Vuković, carried the body out of the restaurant and got rid of it next to the highway near Šimanovci, where they set it on fire, while Milić and another police officer remained in the restaurant to remove traces and video footage from the security cameras.
