It was turbulent today at the session of the Zaječar Assembly. After a smoke bomb and pepper spray were thrown, councilors left the hall. The session resumed around noon, but this time a fight broke out. Namely, private security guards beat and expelled opposition councilor Uglješa Đuričković, while another councilor had his shirt torn.
As seen in the footage, opposition councilor in the Zaječar Assembly Uglješa Đuričković was thrown out of the hall.
Security first surrounded him, then pushed him, and as he himself told N1, hit him several times.

“They don’t know how to behave, because they are savages. Private security hit me multiple times, they want to throw us out of the hall for some reason, they are breaking the law,” said Đuričković, adding that today the constitutional order of Serbia is being violated.
He was not the only one. Other opposition councilors were also assaulted, and one of them, Miladin Krstić from United for the Salvation of Zaječar, had his shirt torn.
