A Las Vegas police officer killed an African-American man after he called emergency services to report a burglary at his home.

Brandon Durham, a 43-year-old real estate agent from Nevada, was shot six times by a police officer while fighting with an intruder. Durham was pronounced dead at the scene.

“[The officer] was not in danger. When I reviewed the footage, he was at least 6 feet away from my brother, who was fighting with an intruder in the house, screaming: ‘Help me! Help me!’ The officer shoots my brother in the head [and] continues shooting him,” Durham’s sister stated during an interview.
