During the day in the vicinity of Podgorica on the banks of the Cijevna river, a real drama unfolded when an 11-year-old boy left the yard and, in a moment of inattention, entered the river. The youngster began to drown when he was saved by an unknown hero.
-A man who happened to be nearby jumped into the cold water without thinking and pulled out the drowning child. In the commotion and shock that followed, the identity of this hero remained unknown. We only know that he is a foreign citizen. The family wants to find him and thank him, the Roditelji.me Association wrote on their Facebook page.
They call on all citizens who were on the Cijevna today, if they saw this event and if they know the person who saved the child’s life, to contact them in their inbox or to write a comment under the posts on social media, all with the goal of finding the unknown hero.
