Traffic police stopped another bus belonging to the carrier Jaćimović, which was returning students from yesterday’s protest in Novi Sad to Belgrade. As a traffic police officer told the N1 reporter, it was a case of “pure routine control,” and the vehicle was cleared to continue its journey.
“The bus is full of students from Novi Pazar who were marching, and there are also students from Kragujevac,” said a student named Tarik.
He added that the explanation for the stop was—”routine control.”
“Routine control—one of the explanations most frequently used when there is no reason for a stop,” the student said.
