Serbia’s wheelchair basketball national team*** finished second and won the silver medal at an international tournament held in*** Moscow.
Serbia opened the competition with a convincing 86:25 victory over the Armenian national team, and continued its successful run in the match against Belarus, defeating them 101:23.
With two victories, our national team players secured a place in the final, where they faced the hosts of the tournament, the Russian national team. In the final match, Russia won 90:51, so Serbia finished the Moscow tournament in second place and won the silver medal.
The international tournament in Moscow represents another important stage in Serbia’s preparations for the 2027 European Championship Division C.
