The Dean of the Faculty of Law at the University of Belgrade, Bojan Milisavljević, and the entire collegium have resigned this evening, confirmed Professor of the Faculty of Law Miodrag Jovanović to Insajder.
This development comes after Marko Atlagić, a member of the Serbian Parliament and President of the Parliamentary Committee for Education, filed a criminal complaint today against Dean Milisavljević. The complaint alleges abuse of office, stating that by neglecting his official duties, Milisavljević obstructed the fundamental activities of the faculty and the realization of the right to education.
