NEW INDICTMENT FILED AGAINST ANDREW TATE: He is charged with trafficking minors, money laundering and horrific sexual offenses!

Andrew Tate*** has been charged in Romania with multiple criminal offenses, including trafficking minors, money laundering and sexual offenses, Romanian media reported.***

Romania’s Directorate for the Investigation of Organized Crime and Terrorism announced details of the indictment on Friday, which also includes the alleged exploitation of a minor who was transferred to the British city of Luton for sexual exploitation and the production of pornographic content.

His brother Tristan Tate has also been charged, allegedly for attempting to obstruct justice and for complicity.

Romanian authorities did not name the brothers in their statement, but said they were two British men from the same family, aged 39 and 38. Romania’s state news agency Agerpres and other local media identified them as Andrew and Tristan Tate.

Their Romanian lawyer, Eugen Vidineac, announced that he would challenge the indictment.

“We will examine every aspect of the indictment with the same level of attention and challenge any deficiencies in the evidence, procedure or legal proceedings before the competent court,” Vidineac said, Reuters reports.

The Tate brothers are currently being held in a U.S. jail, where a court is deciding on a request for their extradition to the United Kingdom, where they are wanted over rape allegations. U.S. Marshals arrested them in Miami in July.

Both men have previously denied all allegations in the proceedings against them in Romania and the United Kingdom.

Andrew and Tristan Tate, former kickboxers with American and British citizenship, gained enormous popularity on social media through content about wealth and extreme masculinity, as well as statements about women that often sparked fierce criticism. Andrew Tate has more than ten million followers on X, while he was previously banned from YouTube, TikTok and Instagram for violating hate-speech rules.
