The Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the NBA regular season will be announced after the end of the second round of the playoffs.

In the narrowest competition for the selection are Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Victor Wembanyama, and Nikola Jokić. However, information is coming from the strongest basketball league that the race has been decided and that Shai Gilgeous-Alexander will be the MVP for the second year in a row.

Of course, a large number of players believe that an injustice has been done to Nikola Jokić, who is finishing the season with a triple-double average for the second consecutive year. The Serb is the best rebounder (12.9), the best assistant (10.9), and the seventh-highest scorer in the league (27.7), and has by far the best efficiency rating.

All of that is apparently not enough for Jokić to carry the MVP award for the fourth time. Bobby Portis, the Milwaukee ace, described it clearly.

“It’s a conspiracy against Jokić. They don’t want to vote for him because he already has three MVP awards and no one wants to give him a fourth,” said one of the best players for the Bucks.

Portis is clear about who is the best if only the basketball court is considered.

“Nikola Jokić absolutely deserved the MVP recognition,” Portis pointed out.
