In today’s attacks, the Russian military, among other targets, hit a CIA station in Kyiv, said Alexander Stepanov, an analyst and program director of the Russian Academy of Sciences, for TASS.

“Available reports indicate that, in addition to energy facilities, bases of NATO intelligence services have been hit, including the special “Alpha” group of the Security Service of Ukraine and the CIA headquarters at the ‘Holiday Inn’,” Stepanov told TASS.
According to him, retaliatory strikes are not a one-time surprise measure, but a systematic effort to gradually destroy the military potential and control centers of the international terrorist wing, also known as the Kyiv regime.
The attacks were carried out with high-precision long-range weapons in response to a missile strike by the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the “Kombinat Kamensky” industrial complex in the Rostov region. Russia has thus demonstrated its determination to retaliate for any attacks that threaten its territory and civilians.
As a reminder, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced today that Russian aviation and artillery damaged energy facilities that support the operation of Ukrainian military-industrial enterprises, military airfield infrastructure, and shot down 89 drones.
On the other hand, Ukraine attacked Kazan in Russia this morning. Over the past night, drone attacks were carried out, resulting in fires in residential buildings in the Sovetsky, Kirovsky, and Privolzhsky districts, the mayor’s office announced on Telegram.
Kazan Airport temporarily suspended departures and arrivals of aircraft, the Russian aviation control service Rosaviatsia announced on Telegram, following a Ukrainian drone attack on the city, Reuters reports.
Russian state news agencies reported that the attack was carried out on a residential complex in Kazan, a city about 800 kilometers from Moscow.
The TASS agency reports that eight drone strikes were recorded, including six on residential structures. So far, there is no information about any casualties, Russian agencies report citing local authorities.
