RECOGNITION FOR SERBIAN BASKETBALL: Mega is the first European team at the largest high school tournament in the USA!

Great recognition for Mega comes from the USA – the junior team will participate in the largest high school basketball tournament in America, the “Border League”, which is held from October 3rd to 5th in Las Vegas.

What makes this invitation even more significant is the fact that Mega will be the first club from Europe to ever receive an invitation to participate in such a prestigious event.

“The organizers of the “Border League” tournament, known for bringing together the best young talents from all over the country, show enormous respect for the development and results of our youth school with this move,” it is stated on Mega’s website.

The “Border League” was founded in 2020, and in its sixth edition, it will gather more than 200 players from combined teams of all types of high schools – public and private.

Over 40 matches will be broadcast on ESPN, NBA TV, and Baller TV, and Sunday’s games from the tournament will be broadcast live on ESPN 2.
