In continuation of the large anti-corruption operation, the head of toxicology at the VMA was arrested by order of the Higher Public Prosecutor’s Office in Belgrade, and as Blic reports, it is about Prof. Dr. Jasmina Jović Stošić, head of the Clinic for Urgent and Clinical Toxicology in that institution.
There is suspicion that she cheated citizens and charged more expensive examinations even though they came for toxicological analyzes.

The website of the Military Medical Academy states that the Clinic for Urgent and Clinical Toxicology is the only specialized institution in the country for the treatment of acute poisoning.
Also, the arrested doctor was a frequent guest of television shows in which she spoke about her field of medicine, as well as working with patients.
