SERB SET TO CONQUER NEW YORK: Uroš Medić faces one of the most famous UFC veterans at the legendary Madison Square Garden!

Uroš Medić, the best Serbian fighter in the UFC, has learned the name of his next opponent in the elite promotion. During the UFC 331 event, it was officially confirmed that he will face seasoned American fighter Kevin Holland in the Octagon.

The Serbian fighter, known by the nickname “The Doctor,” is in excellent form, which he also demonstrated recently at the UFC Fight Night event at Belgrade Arena on August 1, where he convincingly defeated Daniel Rodriguez and further thrilled the home crowd.

The fight at Madison Square Garden at UFC 334

A new spectacular challenge for Medić is scheduled for November 14 this year at the iconic Madison Square Garden in New York as part of UFC 334.

Although Medić currently sits in an excellent 10th place in the welterweight rankings and, after his triumph in Belgrade, openly challenged champion Leon Edwards and Carlos Prates, UFC officials had a different plan and matched him with a well-known American veteran.

Holland as a new test for the Serbian fighter

Kevin Holland, a 33-year-old fighter from the United States, currently occupies 14th place in the rankings. In his rich career, he has recorded 29 wins and 15 losses and is regarded as one of the most exciting and experienced fighters on the roster.

For Medić, this will be an ideal opportunity to strengthen his position near the top of the division with a victory over a big-name opponent in New York and take another step toward fights against the very best the UFC has to offer.
