Crvena Zvezda basketball players defeated Budućnost 75:73 in Podgorica in the fifth round of the ABA League.
As always, the hot atmosphere in the “Morača” arena had an additional impact on the players on the court, and a great charge accompanied the clash of the two teams, both aiming for the highest ranking. Accordingly, additional tensions arose in the third quarter.
The epilogue of the argument with the Zvezda bench in the middle of the third quarter was the exclusion of someone from the red-and-white camp, and after a short break and mystery about who should leave, we saw that it was the club’s top man.

Head referee Saša Pukl interrupted the match and did not allow it to continue until Željko Drčelić, president of the Board of Directors, left, which happened after a heated argument. Security escorted Drčelić out of the arena and only then allowed the match to continue.
A smaller part of the arena was supposed to be emptied, as a few fans from that part entered into a heated argument and almost physical contact with Nemanja Nedović, and the match was interrupted once again after that, after which the referees returned to the court from the locker room a little faster. After the drama, they also celebrated.
