The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) has issued a central warrant for the President of Republika Srpska (RS) Milorad Dodik, the President of the RS National Assembly Nenad Stevandić, and the entity’s Prime Minister Radovan Višković.
The issuance of the central warrant was carried out by the BiH Border Police on the order of the BiH Court, after Dodik, Stevandić, and Višković did not respond to the summons for questioning by the BiH Prosecutor’s Office, which suspects them of “attacking the constitutional order of BiH,” for which the court automatically ordered their detention.
After the central warrant was issued, all police agencies in BiH received a notification about it and, according to the law, are obliged to detain Dodik, Višković, and Stevandić.
Some Sarajevo media have announced that the BiH Prosecutor’s Office, after issuing the central warrant, could issue international warrants for them in the coming days, about which Interpol would be notified, which means that they should be arrested in any foreign country where they might appear.

RS President Milorad Dodik announced last week that he is traveling to Moscow on March 18, and RS National Assembly President Nenad Stevandić, as he himself announced on social media, has been staying in Belgrade since last Friday, while the RS Prime Minister, according to the latest information, is in RS.
Two days ago, Stevandić announced on the social network X that he will hold a press conference in the National Assembly in Banja Luka on Friday, March 21, stating that he will then answer “all possible questions.”
“I ask the curious to come and not spin untruths and dilemmas,” Stevandić wrote in a post below which he published the text of a portal whose headline was “Stevandić in Belgrade, did he buy a one-way ticket.”
Dodik, Stevandić, and Višković are charged with committing the criminal offense of “attacking the constitutional order” because they proposed the adoption of laws in the RS National Assembly that prohibit the operation of some judicial and police state agencies in the territory of the Republic of Srpska.
These laws have been invalidated by the BiH Constitutional Court.
