Petar Tolimir, a student of the “Nikola Tesla” Regional Center for Talented Students and a student of the “Ruđer Bošković” Gymnasium, won the Gold Medal at the International Geography Olympiad.

Tolimir won gold in competition with 192 high school students from 48 countries.

The Olympiad was held in Istanbul under the auspices of the International Geographical Union, according to a statement from the “Nikola Tesla” Regional Center for Talented Students in Belgrade.

The Serbian team, alongside Tolimir, consisted of Nikša Čeverljaković from Kraljevo Gymnasium, Marko Langović from the Sixth Belgrade Gymnasium, and Jakov Đondović from the Mathematical Gymnasium.
