The Orfelin Circle Association will organize a literary evening on Friday, May 1, 2026, in Washington, with writer and publicist Muharem Bazdulj on the occasion of the promotion of his new novel “A Tin Coffin for Zaimovic Zejna.”

The literary evening will be held at 7:30 PM at the address 2021 14th St. NW, Washington, DC 2000. It will be an opportunity for the American audience to become acquainted with the work of one of the most prominent authors from the former Yugoslavia through a discussion in English about Balkan identity and history.

During the evening, the author will present new literary insights focused on post-Yugoslav life and complex social processes, after which a book signing session is scheduled.

The organizers announced that visitors will be able to purchase a limited number of copies of the new novel on-site, and tickets are already available via the online platform Eventive (buy HERE). Given that seating is not numbered, the doors of the venue will open at 7:00 PM, while food and drink offerings will also be available to attendees within the facility during the program.
