The Monastery of the Holy Royal Martyrs Romanov, a unique Orthodox shrine dedicated to the last Russian imperial family, will solemnly celebrate its patronal feast tomorrow.
“The Holy Hierarchical Divine Liturgy will begin at 9 a.m., and a large number of faithful from the Podrinje region and other parts of Serbia are expected to attend. Following the service, the traditional blessing of the patronal offerings and the fellowship meal will take place, after which the celebration will continue with a cultural and artistic program prepared in honor of the monastery’s feast day,” the Office of the President of the Municipality of Bajina Bašta announced.
The Strmovo Monastery is located in the hamlet of Jasika, within the Bačevci Local Community, in the municipality of Bajina Bašta, and stands as a testament to the martyrdom of the Holy Royal Martyrs Romanov.

The monastery’s brotherhood has invited all faithful and people of good will to attend the patronal feast celebration and join in offering prayers in honor of the Holy Royal Martyrs Romanov.
