The suspect B.K, a member of the commission for the technical inspection of works at the Railway Station in Novi Sad, was arrested last night at the “Nikola Tesla” airport in Belgrade upon her return from Italy, RTS has learned.
B. K. was arrested by the UKP (Criminal Police Directorate) by order of the Special Department for the Suppression of Corruption of the Higher Public Prosecutor’s Office in Belgrade, which yesterday arrested four more of her colleagues due to omissions in their work, which resulted in the collapse of the canopy at that Railway Station on November 1, 2024.
