A large fire broke out at a D Express warehouse in the Industrial Zone. A large area of the warehouse is on fire, and several minor explosions were heard. A large number of firefighting crews from the Novi Sad Fire Brigade, volunteer fire departments and NIS are at the scene.
Two people suffered burn injuries.
According to Dr. Zoran Krulj, spokesperson for the Novi Sad Institute for Emergency Medical Services, their team responded to the scene with the highest priority. Two men, aged 23 and 32, were treated. Both suffered minor physical injuries and were transported conscious to the Department of Surgery at the University Clinical Center of Vojvodina.
