Students participating in the blockades have called on Supreme Public Prosecutor Zagorka Dolovac and Organized Crime Prosecutor Mladen Nenadić to initiate proceedings and investigate allegations made in an article published by the Radar news portal on October 22, which they claim point to links between former Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić and an organized criminal group led by Darko Šarić and Veljko Belivuk.
In an Instagram post, the students stated that despite the information of public interest presented in the article, the competent prosecution offices had not yet initiated proceedings in response to these allegations.
They called on Zagorka Dolovac to appoint a prosecutor who would launch preliminary investigative proceedings to establish whether Aleksandar Vučić bears any criminal responsibility. They also asked Organized Crime Prosecutor Mladen Nenadić to open a case against all individuals who, according to their claims, participated in the operation and to collect the necessary documentation.
The students also commented on the arrest of Marko Kričak, stating that following that case, which they link to a complaint filed by Veselin Milić in July 2026, they had become convinced that the prosecution intended to carry out its duties while it remained in full office.
“We encourage them to continue acting in accordance with the law and not to feel pressured, but they must also be held accountable both in relation to this case and other cases that imply the criminal responsibility of Veselin Milić,” the students stated.
They particularly highlighted the importance of Sky messages, which they claim are currently held by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and were obtained from Europol after the agency forwarded a message from Eurojust.
According to the students, French authorities informed the Serbian Ministry of Internal Affairs that, starting December 1, 2026, they would no longer accept requests for international legal assistance seeking data from the Sky ECC application for use in court proceedings, whether submitted through Eurojust or diplomatic channels. All requests received before that date will be processed, the statement said.
For this reason, they called on the Ministry of Internal Affairs to urgently designate a department within the Criminal Police Directorate to investigate the messages and submit the necessary documentation to the competent prosecution office.
The students urged prosecutors to conduct the investigation free from pressure and establish whether former government officials bear any criminal responsibility.
Finally, they addressed current heads of state institutions and acting officials, urging them not to give in to pressure from political parties or individuals and to perform their duties in accordance with the Constitution and the law.
“Although the levers of power are still in the hands of the Serbian Progressive Party, the transfer of power to the Student List is inevitable. During this transitional period, it is essential to appeal to current acting officials in state institutions not to succumb to pressure from a political party or an individual, not to feel afraid for doing their jobs, and not to become accomplices in destabilizing the country and causing panic among citizens. They have a full mandate, and the Constitution and the law before them, both of which they must respect,” the students said.
