As a result of the draw held in Nyon, the Serbian national football team will play against Austria in the play-off to stay in the A Division of the Nations League. The feeling is that it could have been both better and worse, but the opponent will certainly be a good match.
The Eagles could have faced Ukraine, Turkey, and Greece, but Joan Djuru, a former Swiss national team player and Arsenal footballer, among others, decided that on March 20, we would travel to Vienna.

The first leg of the play-off will be played then, while the return leg is scheduled for March 23 in Serbia. The exact venue will be announced later.

Serbia finished third in its group in its debut in the A Division, behind Spain and Denmark, and ahead of Switzerland.

Austria finished behind Norway but ahead of Slovenia and Kazakhstan in their Group B division and will meet the Eagles again, just like in June when they defeated us 2:1 in a friendly match before the EURO.
