A criminal complaint has been filed against retired public prosecutor Jasmina Paunović and Dejan Lučić, editor and host of a show broadcast on YouTube, by order of the Higher Public Prosecutor’s Office in Belgrade, RTS learns.
The criminal complaint was filed against Jasmina Paunović and Dejan Lučić on suspicion that on July 21, in the show, they grossly insulted, humiliated, and incited hatred and discrimination against members of the SNS, the President of the Republic and members of his family, and other dissidents, while Paunović is charged with having insulted Black people and Arabs on an ethnic basis in the same show, RTS writes.
Jasmina Paunović is charged in the criminal complaint, to which that television network had access, with two criminal offenses of Racial and Other Discrimination, one of which she committed as a co-perpetrator with Lučić, and the other on her own.
The criminal complaint describes in detail what Paunović and Lučić talked about in that show, as well as what the former prosecutor spoke about in the shows “Otisak” (broadcast on June 16, 2026), “Bez pardona” (July 1, 2026), and in the show “Glas javnosti” (July 13, 2026).
