Greek Minister of Foreign Affairs Giorgos Gerapetritis stated today in Belgrade that his country sees Serbia’s European perspective as key to the stability and prosperity of the European Union as a whole, and that official Athens has requested that Cluster 3 in the negotiations with Serbia be opened as soon as possible.
We consider it important that you accelerate reforms. We place a lot of hope in Serbia. It is important that each side respects European criteria, said the head of Greek diplomacy after talks with his Serbian counterpart Marko Đurić at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Serbia.
Đurić stated that if Europe wants peace, the only way is to include the entire Balkans.
