Teleskop discovered who is the owner of the share that the Minister of Mining and Energy of Serbia, Dubravka Đedović Handanović, held in the Croatian company Kulturistria, owner of valuable land near Žminj in Istria. According to data from the Register of Beneficial Owners, 35 percent was taken over by Croatian actor Goran Bogdan.
Bogdan now directly controls 70 percent of Kulturistria, while the remaining 30 percent belongs to Sarajevo architect Nedžad Mulaomerović, writes Teleskop.hr.
From this, it follows that it was Bogdan who took over the share of Minister Đedović Handanović, who was erased from the court register as a member of the company in June 2026. The price at which the share was transferred is not yet known.
This is a continuation of the major scandal discovered by Teleskop, which reveals that an active minister in the Serbian government, a famous Croatian actor, and a Sarajevo architect jointly founded a company in Croatia and through it bought about 21,000 square meters of land in the Žminj area.
Particularly interesting is the fact that almost 5,800 square meters are located within the building area. A conservative estimate of the total value of the land ranges from approximately 335,000 to 392,000 euros, while the actual market value, given the location in Istria and potential tourist use, could exceed half a million euros.
Kulturistrija was founded at the end of 2022, when Đedović Handanović was already a minister in the Serbian government. The company is registered for hotels and similar accommodation, has no employees and generates minimal income, but owns significant real estate assets.
After information about the minister’s ownership in the Croatian company was published, the Anti-Corruption Agency of the Republic of Serbia initiated an extraordinary check of her assets and income. Her exit from the ownership structure quickly followed, but at that time it was not known who got the share.
Now it is clear: the Serbian minister’s share ended up with Goran Bogdan, who increased his ownership share from 35 to 70 percent and became the majority owner of the company.
It remains unknown how much he paid for that share and under what conditions the transaction was executed.
