Serbian para-shooter Dragan Ristić won the gold medal at the World Para Shooting Championships in Korea in the R5 – 10m air rifle event, in the SH2 category, thus securing another quota spot for Serbia at the 2028 Paralympic Games in Los Angeles.
The success was completed by the Serbian national team, which finished first in the team competition with a total of 1,909.0 points and also claimed the gold medal.

In addition to Ristić, Zdravko Savanović and Dejan Jokić were also responsible for the team gold, while the national team was led from the bench by head coach and trainer Vladimir Pajić.
The Serbian anthem was thus played three times in Korea, while Serbian para-sport recorded another major success on the world stage.
