The Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina is calling me to give a statement tomorrow as a suspect for the destruction of the constitutional order, simply because I performed my constitutional and legal duty following the decisions of the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska, said the President of the Republic of Srpska, Milorad Dodik.
“The legal nonsense of Bosnia and Herzegovina is best reflected in the fact that an unconstitutional institution is speaking about the Constitution. The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH is calling me to give a statement tomorrow as a suspect for the destruction of the constitutional order, simply because I performed my constitutional and legal duty following the decisions of the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska,” Dodik said.
President Dodik says that the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH is an unconstitutional category and cannot speak about the Constitution.
“Organizations whose activities are banned in the territory of the Republic of Srpska do not exist in the BiH Constitution. The speed with which they reacted shows that everything was prepared in advance, and that this is a continuation of political persecution. Prosecutors coming from the Federation, who are politically instructed, continue to grossly abuse their unconstitutional position for political prosecution. I will not go to their political court, because Serbs no longer go to inquisitions! Serbs only go to talks about the organization of BiH, but as it is written in the Constitution and the Dayton Peace Agreement,” Dodik said.

The President of Srpska says that they are judging him today because they cannot judge millions of Serbs.
“Today they are judging me because they cannot judge millions of Serbs who do not want to be disenfranchised in their own country. But they should know – Srpska is not and will never be anyone’s colony! We are masters of our own, we decide about ourselves and will only obey our own Constitution, not the will of those who want to crush Srpska with politically fabricated processes!”
