On the road to the Brnjak administrative crossing, near Lake Gazivode in the municipality of Zubin Potok, unknown individuals wrote UČK graffiti, and citizens passing along this road photographed the graffiti.
As citizens stated for TV Most, this is another in a series of provocations directed at the Serbian people with the aim of instilling fear and anxiety.
Although such provocations are a regular occurrence, they say that they are further disturbed every time.
The Office for KiM reacted
The Office for KiM announced that the “UČK” (KLA) graffiti, written on the road to the Brnjak crossing, near Lake Gazivode in the municipality of Zubin Potok, is a threat and provocation at the expense of the Serbian people in the north of Kosovo, as well as a consequence of the anti-Serbian policy of the Kosovo government.
The Office emphasized that Albin Kurti represents a factor of instability in Kosovo because, it added, he does not want peace and coexistence.
“The graffiti of the terrorist organization UČK written in the municipality of Zubin Potok, near Lake Gazivode, are a new threat and provocation at the expense of the Serbian people in the north of Kosovo and Metohija, as well as a consequence of the anti-Serbian policy of Pristina. As we have been warning all along, Albin Kurti is a factor of instability in Kosovo and Metohija and someone who does not want coexistence and peace in these areas,” the statement said.
Kurti bases his policy on anti-Serbian rhetoric and chauvinism, but the Serbs in Kosovo are familiar with this “tactic,” the statement added.
“Precisely because he has nothing else to offer his voters, he bases his policy on anti-Serbian rhetoric and actions and fueling chauvinistic and ethnically motivated attacks and incidents directed towards the Serbian people. Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija saw through his tactics long ago and do not fall for any provocations or scenarios from Pristina,” stated the Office for KiM.
