The Serbian tennis player Novak Đoković, just like the other players, is struggling with the tough conditions in Shanghai.

Novak vomited twice on the court during his match against Yannick Hanfmann.

Đoković is not the only one, as others have also fallen ill repeatedly, and one of the “victims” was Jannik Sinner.

Sinner had to retire from the match against Tallon Griekspoor in the middle of the deciding set due to cramps, as he could not rely on his right leg.

As a reminder, Novak will play his Round of 16 match on Tuesday at 12:30 p.m.

This will be the second head-to-head duel between the two players, with the only previous one going to Novak at Roland Garros in 2018.
