At least two people were killed in a mass shooting at a teen party in Tacoma, Washington, on the West Coast of the United States. Four others were injured during the early morning Saturday shooting, and officials confirmed that all six victims were under 21 years old.
No arrests have been made, and police believe there may have been more than one shooter.
Chaos in the Neighborhood
Eyewitnesses reported that chaos erupted in the residential area shortly after the shooting. The first reports came in at 12:24 AM, as multiple houses and vehicles were also struck by gunfire, according to King5 News.
Neighbors also reported drug use and several fights among minors on the street before the incident.
Police first discovered one male victim who had been shot. Residents attempted to save his life, but he was pronounced dead at the scene.

Victims Rushed to the Hospital
Five injured victims went to the hospital on their own, according to the Sheriff’s Office. However, one of them later died in the hospital.
The four surviving victims sustained serious injuries, but doctors expect them to recover.
Officials have not yet released the identities of the victims, but reports indicate that the youngest was only 16 years old.
Investigation Underway
The Pierce County Sheriff’s Office has launched an investigation, with detectives and forensic teams securing the street where the tragic event took place.
Police recovered two firearms at the scene, and authorities believe that, although no additional victims have been reported, more partygoers could have been wounded and may seek medical help at any time.
“This is yet another dark reminder of how dangerous parties can become when things spiral out of control,” said a Sheriff’s Office spokesperson.
