Another Serb dominates the basketball courts in America and, believe it or not, his name is Nikola! After Jokic and Jovic, the next Nikola that Americans will remember could be Djurisic.
In the previous night’s victory of the College Park Skyhawks over the Oklahoma Blue 118:115 in the G League, he scored 25 points, with four rebounds, five assists, a steal and five turnovers.

The night before, with four rebounds, in a 119:113 loss to the Indiana Mad Ants, he added 22 points, which brings him to 47 points scored in just two days! His form is on the rise, and he had a particularly interesting move against the Oklahoma Blue team when he dunked after a penetration along the baseline.

Since the beginning of the season, Djurisic has averaged 9.2 points, and also has 2.9 rebounds and 3.6 assists, and it is not excluded that with consistent performances he could quickly get a chance in the NBA league.
Djurisic was drafted in 2024 as the 43rd pick of the second round by Miami, and in Serbia he played for Mega and OKK Belgrade.
