In just one hour, Miloš Blagojević performed 662 pull-ups with added weight, thus entering the Guinness Book of Records!

The “Jutro na Blic” team visited Miloš and talked to him in a park that Miloš and his friends had built themselves so they would have a place to train. Miloš started actively engaging in this physical activity three years ago.
– I broke the Guinness World Record for pull-ups in an hour with a weight of nine kilograms. Since I had broken the existing record in training about ten times before, it wasn’t that difficult, but I had a certain kind of stage fright because of the cameras – Miloš told “Jutro na Blic”. At the beginning, he adds, he was also troubled by a higher heart rate than he should have. About two weeks before the competition, he says, he had energy drops and a loss of motivation. However, will prevailed in the end. He didn’t want to end on the number 666 Some media reported that Miloš deliberately avoided doing 666 pull-ups even though he had enough time for that number.
– There were another ten seconds left, but it was unimaginable for me to mark this achievement with that number, even though it would certainly be significant for some advertising, but I didn’t want to, it’s better not – Miloš is honest. This guy successfully combines work and training for four hours a day.
– Sometimes the training consisted of two workouts a day where I had to divide, not to train four hours straight, but to divide in the morning, if I ran 15 km, I would get up at 4 in the morning, at 4.20 for a run, until about six in the morning, then shower, work, after work train and so on – Miloš tells “Blic”.
