The President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, spoke again about calling extraordinary parliamentary elections. He said that it is completely irrelevant whether the elections will be in two months or in five months.
“The state is not a toy. You call elections when it is good for the state. And elections are within reach… Whether they will be in two months or in five months, in the end…. it is completely irrelevant. The elections are here,” he said.
According to him, “the other side must convince itself that it has greater support.”
“They have to convince themselves, thinking that there is some propaganda effect when they talk about fake research or when you hear research that you don’t like. You didn’t have research, you had local elections that are causing us problems. Everywhere in those places, we will have greater support in the national elections than in the local elections,” he stated.
