VIKTOR ORBAN AT THE GUČA TRUMPET FESTIVAL: Former Hungarian prime minister tried famous Serbian specialties!

Former Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán was spotted today in Guča, where the traditional Dragačevo Trumpet Festival has begun.

Together with several friends, he casually approached the first available table, sat down among the festival guests, ordered a cold beer, and wanted to try famous Serbian specialties — hajdučki ćevap and svadbarski kupus.

“We couldn’t believe our eyes. He came as an ordinary guest, without any distance, smiling, relaxed, and ready to enjoy Guča,” one of the hotel guests told RINA.

News of his arrival quickly spread throughout Dragačevo. People approached him to greet him, take photos, and welcome him, while he warmly returned their greetings.

The festival is being held for the 65th time and will bring together trumpet orchestras from Serbia and the surrounding region.

The former Hungarian prime minister decided to visit the trumpet celebration as well, and he was photographed in the garden of the Nordik Hotel.

The Dragačevo Trumpet Festival was officially opened today at 11 a.m. with the raising of the festival flag, while the culmination is expected on Sunday, when the best trumpet orchestras will compete in the final competition for the most prestigious awards and the title of the new masters of the trumpet.
