TRAGEDY IN ZRENJANIN: Linglong factory worker dies at work, body sent for autopsy!

An incident occurred last night around 9 p.m. at the Linglong factory in Zrenjanin, where one person lost their life, N1 has confirmed.

Police and the prosecutor’s office arrived at the scene, and the body was sent for an autopsy, the Interior Ministry told N1.

Linglong previously accused of forced labor

Recall that in December 2025, the U.S. Customs and Border Protection Service issued a withhold release order for goods from the Linglong tire manufacturing factory in Zrenjanin.

Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officials stated at the time that they would detain shipments of these tires at all U.S. ports due to evidence indicating the use of forced labor in their production.
