Republican candidate Donald Trump held his final campaign rally this morning, declaring that he would secure the biggest victory in the nation’s history. Democratic candidate Kamala Harris, speaking to her supporters, said she was ending the campaign the same way she started it: with energy, optimism, and joy.
Ahead of today’s elections in the U.S., Kamala Harris spoke last night in Philadelphia, while Trump’s final rally, which he was late to, took place in the state of Michigan, according to the BBC.

Unlike Kamala Harris, who hardly mentioned her Republican opponent during her final campaign speech, Trump repeatedly criticized her, calling her a radical leftist. He told his supporters that he would win today’s election.
“This will be the greatest victory, politically speaking, in the history of our country,” Trump said.
Kamala Harris stated that the campaign had brought together people from all parts of the nation and all walks of life. “Tonight, we end as we began: with energy, optimism, and joy,” she said. She also expressed pride in the strength of young voters.
U.S. citizens will choose today between the incumbent Democratic candidate Kamala Harris and Republican Donald Trump. Poll results show the candidates are nearly tied, while leading global sportsbooks give Trump a slight edge. Trump served as U.S. president from 2017 to 2021.
