The famous Swiss thrilled the crowd at Rod Laver Arena.

Although he officially ended his professional career three and a half years ago, the legendary Swiss Roger Federer (44) showed that he is still in great form.

One of the greatest tennis players of all time put on a spectacle to remember for the audience at the packed Rod Laver Arena in Melbourne.

He played a practice tie-break against the world No. 13, Casper Ruud, and dominated as in his best days.

To the general delight of tennis fans around the world, the 44-year-old Federer triumphed with a score of 7–2.

Fans at Rod Laver Arena went into a frenzy, especially when, after a great serve by Ruud, he sent a perfect backhand down the line into the corner of the court.

He literally did whatever he wanted on the court — coming to the net, hitting perfect volleys, and running the unfortunate Ruud all over the court.

Roger’s return to the court was not something his great rival Novak Djokovic wanted to miss either, as he was caught watching the famous Swiss’s tennis show live in the stadium.
