Late on Monday evening, a shooting occurred in the Belgrade neighborhood of Kumodraž, in which Vuk T. (26) was wounded.
The incident took place around 11:30 p.m., when, according to initial information, an unknown person approached the young man and shot him in the area of the right leg with a pistol.
The injured Vuk T. was urgently transported to the Emergency Center after being wounded for treatment of his injuries.
„After receiving the necessary first aid at the Emergency Center, the person was transported to the Banjica Orthopedic Clinic, where he was kept for further treatment“, sources state.
The victim does not want to cooperate
The police immediately took over the case, but the investigation is hampered by an unusual circumstance.
According to information, the wounded Vuk T. does not want to cooperate with the police and refuses to provide any details about the attacker or the motive for the attack. The police are intensively working on shedding light on this case, including identifying the perpetrator and determining all the circumstances that led to the shooting in Kumodraž.
Unofficially, he is known to the police from before. The investigation is led by the Higher Public Prosecutor’s Office in Belgrade, writes Telegraf.
