The lucky winner bought an “In the Money” scratch-off ticket in Chicago’s Gage Park neighborhood. As she admitted herself, when she scratched the ticket and saw the amount, she was left in complete shock.
“I thought I had lost my mind! I lost count of how many times I checked the result,” the overjoyed woman said.
