The program enables eligible clients to unlock capital tied up in their existing fleets, providing funds to support business growth and achieve strategic goals.

Super Ego Holding, a commercial equipment leasing company that works with more than 1,200 licensed motor carriers across the United States, today announced the launch of its Sale-Leaseback fleet financing program, a new financial option designed for trucking companies and fleet owners who already own eligible trucks and trailers and want to unlock capital tied up in their existing equipment.

Under the program, fleet owners can sell eligible vehicles and equipment to Super Ego and then lease them back under mutually agreed terms. This allows them to continue using the vehicles in their day-to-day operations and generating revenue while gaining access to capital that was previously tied up in their equipment.

At the end of the lease term, they may have the option to buy the vehicles back, return them, or extend the lease.

Against a backdrop of continuously rising operating costs in the transportation industry, the Sale-Leaseback program offers fleet owners several important financial advantages:

• Greater access to capital: Fleet owners can convert the value they have built up in eligible vehicles into available capital, which they can allocate to current business needs, growth investments, and other strategic priorities.

• Predictable monthly payments: Fixed monthly payments over lease terms of 24 to 60 months can help fleet owners plan operating expenses more accurately, manage cash flow, and plan future business activities with greater confidence.

• Preserving existing credit capacity: The Sale-Leaseback program can allow fleet owners to access capital already held in their own equipment without using existing bank credit lines. This can leave those lines available for future acquisitions, investments, unexpected expenses, or other business needs.

• Reduced exposure to vehicle depreciation: Fleet owners can realize the value of eligible vehicles today and reduce their exposure to future fluctuations in used truck prices.

“At a time when rising costs across the transportation industry — fuel, insurance, maintenance, equipment financing, and other expenses — are reaching record levels, carriers need more options to put their existing assets to work,” said Aleksandar Mimic, CEO of Super Ego.

“Our Sale-Leaseback program gives carriers a straightforward way to access the capital they have already invested in their equipment, under terms they can plan for in advance.”

The Sale-Leaseback program is a continuation of Super Ego’s commitment to providing flexible equipment financing solutions to its clients and leasing customers, helping them address their operational and financial needs and improve their prospects for success in today’s competitive transportation environment.
