A work by Teodora, a young self-taught artist from Livađe near Priština, has been put up for a charity auction, with the proceeds set to go to those in need, according to a post published on the Instagram page “Stazama Kosmeta.”

Although her work did not make it into the top eight in the competition, it caught the special attention of the person who published the post. As he explained, he had initially wanted to buy it for 12,000 dinars, but the idea of organizing an auction then emerged, bringing together support for the young artist and help for others.

The starting price is 12,000 dinars, and those interested can leave their bids in the comments below the original post on the @stazamakosmeta page. The artwork will go to the highest bidder, while the money, with Teodora’s consent and in accordance with her wishes, will be directed toward charitable causes.

The organizers are calling on people of goodwill to support Teodora and show that the value of art goes beyond a competition ranking — especially when it can become a reason for someone to smile.
