Luka Dončić’s former fiancée, Anamaria Goltes, has withdrawn her legal action seeking child support for their two children, TMZ reports.

The entertainment news outlet obtained court documents that Anamaria Goltes filed on Monday.

According to the documents, she asked a judge in Los Angeles to dismiss her petition, explaining in a signed statement that her intention is for her and Luka Dončić to resolve their disagreement through a mutual agreement.

“I am withdrawing my request for child support with the clear intention of resolving this matter amicably and by mutual agreement, in the best interest of our children,” Anamaria Goltes said.

Meanwhile, Luka Dončić and his legal team had opposed her request for child support as well as her request for attorney’s fees, arguing that it had no legal basis because it was filed in California even though the children live in Slovenia.

Luka and his attorney, Laura Wasser, stated that the Los Angeles Lakers star had tried to persuade Anamaria to move to California with the children, but that she declined and has been living with them in Slovenia since May.

As a reminder, Luka Dončić and Anamaria Goltes had been together since their teenage years. Their relationship, which lasted 10 years, was crowned with marriage, and they have two daughters—two-year-old Gabriela and seven-month-old Olivia.

As TMZ previously reported, the NBA star also sought to have the case dismissed, claiming that her requests for child support and attorney’s fees lacked legal grounds because they were filed in California, despite the children residing in Slovenia.

Luka and his attorney, Laura Wasser, also stated that he had attempted to convince Anamaria to relocate to California with the children, but she refused and has been living with them in Slovenia since last May.
