The director of the Federal Police Administration of Bosnia and Herzegovina (FUP) Vahidin Munjić confirmed that they received a warrant for Republika Srpska officials Milorad Dodik, Nenad Stevandić and Radovan Višković, stating that they will be arrested if they come to the territory of the Federation of BiH.
“They will be arrested if they come to the territory of the Federation of BiH,” said Munjić, Sarajevo media reported.
RS President Milorad Dodik, RS Parliament President Nenad Stevandić and entity Prime Minister Radovan Višković are suspected of “attacking the constitutional order” and by decision of the BiH Court they were detained and a central warrant was issued.

“They must be arrested, because that is the obligation of the police authorities. We have been searching for some people for several years if we cannot reach them, and when it comes to the arrest of Dodik, Stevandić and Višković, I think that in that case, first of all, the state police authorities are obliged,” Munjić assessed.
According to him, “all police authorities in BiH are obliged to arrest those persons, if they come into contact with them, and hand them over to the jurisdiction of the BiH Court.”
