Miša Bačulov, a councilor of the Novi Sad City Assembly, was detained in front of the Palace of Justice in Belgrade. Unofficially, members of the Criminal Police Directorate placed handcuffs on him due to new criminal offenses.
A Blic source from the Palace of Justice claims that he had previously been questioned at the Higher Public Prosecutor’s Office in Belgrade.
However, immediately afterward, he was arrested again on the order of the Higher Public Prosecutor’s Office in Belgrade because he allegedly coordinated the unrest near the National Assembly of Serbia on Sunday, November 2, from the Clinical Center of Serbia, where he had been hospitalized since Saturday.
To recall, Bačulov was first arrested last Friday but was transferred to the Emergency Center the following day after complaining of health problems, and then to the Clinical Center of Serbia, where he remained until today.
