In the area of the Kursumlija village of Parada about an hour ago, wood thieves from the Podujevo area shot at members of the police, the Police Station in Kursumlija, and the driver of a snow clearing machine of the Forest Estate in Kursumlija.
As the village residents told us, the shooting lasted for a long time.
The police officers did not return fire, and larger police forces are currently present along the administrative line in this section.
As a reminder, this is just another in a series of incidents in the last two days caused by Albanians.
Late the night before last, Dejan S. and Radovan M. were wounded in an attack by an Albanian extremist in a cafe in Decani. A lawyer of Albanian nationality, D. C., was also shot. The attacker, Ismet Zukaj, was arrested at the scene of the attack.
The Office for KiM states that Radovan M. and Dejan S. are displaced Serbs from Kosovo since 1999 and that the attack on them shows how vulnerable Serbian returnees are in the area of Kosovo as targets of Kurti’s policy.
“They were shot and sustained serious injuries just because they are Serbs who dared to visit their property in Metohija, which has been ethnically cleansed of Serbs,” the Office for KiM stated.
And this morning, Kurti’s police attacked three Serbian youths near the Bistrica bridge.
The reason for the attack is that one of them had the emblems of his sports club with the Serbian coat of arms stuck on his phone, the Office for Kosovo and Metohija announced.
The Office for Kosovo and Metohija announced that the harassment of Vukasin Blazic and two of his friends, one of whom is a minor, by the so-called Kosovo police at the notorious checkpoint near the Bistrica bridge is a new ethnic incident directed by Albin Kurti and his parapolice forces, whose targets are also Serbian children.
“Members of Kurti’s phalanxes attacked the boys just because one of them had the emblems of his sports club with the Serbian coat of arms stuck on his phone. First, they demanded that they remove the sticker, and then they pulled Vukasin out of the car, according to his father, dragged him, pushed him, and kicked him. Due to the entire incident, the boy was provided with medical assistance at the KBC Kosovska Mitrovica, where he spent the night under observation,” the statement reads.
