The president of the SNSD, Milorad Dodik, said that in Saint Petersburg, Russia, at a meeting with the management of the “Gazprom” company, he agreed that Republika Srpska would continue to receive gas at subsidized prices.
“Those prices will be extended at the end of the month for the next year. And I must say that this is very fair,” Dodik told the media from Republika Srpska, Srna reports.
Dodik pointed out that during the meeting there was also talk about gas connections in BiH – the eastern and southern ones, and stated that the Russian side does not have a problem with the southern connection, but rather wants to supply gas to everyone who needs it.
Dodik, along with the Minister of Economy and Entrepreneurship of Republika Srpska Radenko Bubić and the Deputy Minister for European Integration and International Cooperation of Republika Srpska Nemanja Kovačević, is participating in the International Economic Forum in Saint Petersburg.
